Yes, I'd missed the coincidence! Just to share a memory, in my school years I went on a trip to City Hall (the one by Victoria Park), and we got to get a view of the city from the roof. At that time (late 60's, early 70's) from about 5 or 6 floors above ground all you could see was trees except for less than half a dozen of buildings that popped up above the tree line. I imagine that view is less reinforcing of the nickname now...
